The so-called "War on Drugs"

The so-called "War On Drugs" isn't a war on drugs, it's a war on marijuana. And more specifically, it's not a war on marijuana, it's a war on stoners, on heads, on people that use reefer: YOU and ME - peaceful, job holding, tax paying, otherwise law abiding citizens.

"Booze is GOOD and reefer is BAD": that's the message that's been pushed on Americans for the past several decades, and mainstream America has drunk the kool-aid.

It's way past time for change.

  1. I agree, more lives are ruined by alcohol and still they sell that. Why not concentrate on the hard drugs and leave marijuana to the farmers where it belongs. Again, another thing taken away from us that we voted for, what's up with this?

  2. I agree to legalizing marijuana to people in RI it's better than alcohol. I'm so sick of hearing kids being taking out of there homes from DCYF cause parents are smoking a joint or a blunt to relax them exspeacially with these parents that have kids with disablities and to smoke a blunt to me calm me right down. But these foster parents can be addicted to adderals,or precets and pills in general or even alcohol or crack or coke or herion but thats okay thou but us as parent with kids with disablities to smoke a blunt isn't ok but it's okay for the other people can do other drugs or even alcohol and pick there kids up from school drunk off there ass or high on crack, coke or even herion but thats okay

  3. We have to be telling our legislatures that we want marijuana legalized. If we keep at it, we are going to see real change here in America, and I believe sooner rather than later...

  5. Say Yes to legalizing Weed isnt a bad thing so these cops, courts and ect. can worry more on the crack, coke, herion and other drugs beside pot. The cops should be focusin on the real criminals like child molester, muders and other thing that more serious than pot.

  6. It's a direct attack on our basic human freedom, If I wish to use a naturally growing plant that harms noboby else, who gives the state authority to tell me I can't? the states job is to provide an infrastructure with our hard earned tax money, they are employed by us, they are not our Mother! educate us by all means but they do not have the right to prohibit, we are free individuals and should be free to make our own choices.
